As a T2 Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, managing proactive projects, both client-facing and internal, and will oversee the delivery of reactive technical support. You will be responsible for continually improving our processes and standards to ensure a consistent client experience. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. We are looking for someone who is self-directed, innovative, organized, and flexible, and who can consistently maintain our high-quality standards. Experience and Education:
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of diverse IT experience REQUIRED, showcasing a well-rounded skill set across multiple areas
- Ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Proficient with M365, including Azure, Entra, Intune, O365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Desire to develop relationships with clients
- Ability to follow processes and identify possible improvements
- Strong time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hardware, networking, and PC operating system troubleshooting skills
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts

- Salary: $50,000-$65,000, negotiable with proven experience
- Hybrid Remote position with some travel to local client sites
